The purpose of this form is simply to gather information about the lab manual you would like to create for your course.  Submitting this form does not commit you to developing a lab manual with us.  It is simply a way for us to learn about what you have in mind for your custom lab manual.  The information you submit will only be used for discussing your custom lab manual project.  It will never be shared with anyone else.
